Do participants need art experience to take classes a.r.i.s.e. provide?

No. Programs and services offered by a.r.i.s.e. are for individuals of all skill levels  from the novice to the experienced professional. Additionally,  we provide programs and services to  organizations whether they have no background in art and cultural programs, or strengthen what currently exist.
